DLE Lighting and Electric was founded by Greg Durand in South Orange County, California, in 2000. As a family-owned and operated company, we have proudly served the lighting and electrical needs of businesses, homeowners associations (HOAs), and apartment communities throughout Orange County and Southern California for 25 years. Greg Durand

President

An Orange County native, Greg Durand began his electrical career serving as a U.S. Navy Seabee, where he developed the technical skills and work ethic that continue to define DLE today. He founded DLE Lighting & Electric in 2000 and has spent the past 25 years building trusted relationships with HOA communities and property managers throughout Orange County. Greg takes tremendous pride in delivering exceptional service while investing in the employees who make DLE's success possible.

Marcel Durand

Cheif Operations Officer

An Orange County native, Marcel has spent more than 30 years leading sales, marketing, and business transformation initiatives for some of the world's leading consumer products companies. He joined DLE Lighting & Electric to strengthen the company's operational foundation by implementing scalable systems, improving business processes, and supporting organizational development. His focus is on ensuring DLE continues to deliver exceptional customer service through efficient operations, accurate project estimating, and streamlined project administration.
